A New Day In Your Home Based Business

That is exactly what I think we are doing at Pathways; we are entering a new dawn, and a new way of looking at how it is possible to build a business model of an internet business opportunity, that is completely learnable, teachable, and transferable. Anyone can start a business as a home based business. This is a home business opportunity that puts people first WHILE earning a decent income.

I want to shout it out – “Come on, people! Don’t you get it?” This is precisely where so many of the corporations we work for currently fail. Human capital is your single most important tool; the minds, the hearts, and the guts of the people you have working with you. Ah, there is ANOTHER rub. Most of us say (and feel) and are described as ‘working FOR’ a company. No wonder so many people are seeking ways to start their own small home based business, as they plan early retirements, or read the employment section of the newspaper. As a seasoned professional, I understand that the economy is built on the principle of ‘buy low, sell high’…but exactly when did that translate to one’s employees in the history of Westernized business?

There are so many people feeling used, rejected, disposable, and simply left out of the vision of Corporate America!

It is even sadder that we are being told by ‘them’ that it is virtually impossible to start a successful home based business or franchise business opportunity, finance it, and grow it into being viable and productive. It is sadder still that so many of us believe ‘them’! Who are ‘they’ anyway? Moreover, did you ever think, that by believing them, we give ‘them’ power over our future, over our destinies, over perpetuating a myth that strengthens ‘their’ business by reducing their competition!

I think…NO – I KNOW that we are on to something that can change not only lives, but also the focus of lives! It is not about showing you the money as much as it is about showing you YOURSELF – the smart, confident, good at many things – YOU! I have seen it for myself a thousand times, that once you give people back their sense of importance in this world, the money follows.

I also know that this message has been tied up with too many New Age scammers and hucksters. The validity of the message, however, remains intact.
So much so that famous speakers such from life and business guru, Tony Robbins, to highly touted authors and psychologists, are and have been saying the same thing!

It is NOT about following your bliss; it is about following your passion and investing your passion, time, and talents into a purposeful and goal-directed lifestyle. Your passion should be making you the best you can be- physically, emotionally, and psychologically. So much so, that you CAN reach out and positively affect not only your life, but also the lives of those around you.
